Diamond concrete cutting
Door and window openings, chases, cutting of floor slabs and asphalt. A straight edge, no hammering out.
Holes in concrete
Series of holes for utilities and fixings: setting out, exact diameter, through or blind hole.
Demolition of structures
Partitions, screeds, stairs, foundations. Jackhammer and hydraulic breaker where diamond tools are not needed.
How the price is calculated
Drilling has a single rate: hryvnia per centimetre of core travel. A Ø110 mm core in concrete is UAH 7 per cm, so a 25 cm wall gives 7 × 25 = UAH 175. The same core in reinforced concrete is UAH 8 per cm — UAH 200 — because rebar wears the segments faster.
Cutting is charged per square metre of cut face, from UAH 1,000. Demolition is charged per cubic metre, from UAH 3,000, or per shift for hydraulic breaker work. Nothing is added after the job: the sum is named before the rig is switched on.
